one-vault test site

This site plays the part of our join site and member pages. Card and bank numbers go straight from the vault fields to the vault; this site and its server only ever get a payment-method id. Everything lands in CSI beta at Germantown.

JOIN

Pick a plan, enter details and a test card (or ACH with a backup card), choose whether the beta gateway approves or declines, and watch each step: vault collect → CSI contract → card on the contract → charge with CVV → contract completed → member created.
